Their representative was knowledgeable was able to answer my questions and give me valuable information which would affect my home insurance.. When their workers came, they were very professional, quick, and efficient. They removed all debris and left me with a beautiful roof."

"Terrific! All thumbs up! What a really great experience we had from start to finish with Carolina Improvements! An interesting comparison was taking place in our home while making the move to have new windows installed. Our kitchen floor was being replaced with vinyl planking from another company. After the initial sale was done and in the bag, we were informed of a delay for installation. Okay, regrettable but understandable. However, from August 24 to Oct. 16 we didn't hear "boo" from the "other guys". Any communication with them was instigated by me early on. The actual flooring was completed within the same week as the windows from Carolina Improvements. While we are very pleased with the outcome of both companies, we SO VERY MUCH MORE APPRECIATED CI for the updates, calls, and being informed by phone as to the progress of our project, as well as the timely completion. We heard from Carolina weekly. How considerate. Purchases to better our home are a big deal to us and Carolina Improvements respected that!"
